小炒荷兰豆(配香肠&豆干)Chinese Snow Pea in Smoked Sausage and Fired Tofu

这道菜特别适合紧张的上班族,晚上回家来,拿出冰箱里的荷兰豆,花上几分钟,撕掉背部的硬茎,冲冲干净,薰香肠和豆干切好,下锅里微爆,香味透出,淋上点老抽,又是酱香扑鼻,这时候再加荷兰豆,来回几下,撒盐调味,勾玻璃芡,就成了。关键是荷兰豆不能烹调得过久,吃起来时脆脆的,才最好。你会了吗?呵呵
